We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking deduction, communicated to you before any deduction is made.
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order details and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions within 2 business days.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We'll offer a free replacement or full refund including shipping — no return cost to you in this case.
Shipping of flat $3 shipping fee applies on our products. Coupon codes apply a percentage discount to the order subtotal at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
